Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

If a valid reason for cancellation is provided and the appointment is rescheduled, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of 1632 Wellness Club.

If a valid reason is provided within the 24-hour cancellation window but the appointment is not rescheduled, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice or who make no reasonable attempt to cancel or reschedule their appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled guests. Full service fees may still apply regardless of the reduced treatment time.

Packages & Memberships

Unused sessions included in packages, memberships, promotional offers, or Discovery Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Missed appointments and applicable cancellation fees may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session within a package or membership.

Refunds

All completed services are final sale. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Health & Safety

1632 Wellness Club reserves the right to refuse, modify, or reschedule services if a client appears medically unfit for treatment, provides incomplete health information, or fails to follow safety protocols and staff instructions.
